Front of House

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The Front of House Staff will also be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the values of Bridgetown Roti.

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

  • Bussing tables and serving guests

  • Prepare food and drinks according to company values

  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area (Wipe down tables, chairs, and tidy restrooms)

  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints

  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
