Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The Front of House Staff will also be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the values of Bridgetown Roti.
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Bussing tables and serving guests
Prepare food and drinks according to company values
Maintain a clean and organized dining area (Wipe down tables, chairs, and tidy restrooms)
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Physical Demands
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
